What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that improve financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and other sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized service and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Support daily branch operations while managing risk and following established policies.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in-office in Bessemer, Alabama.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
