Client Experience Associate (Retail Banking)

Location: Shadyside branch in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; in-office role

What you will do

• Deliver customer-focused banking support and process a variety of financial interactions.
• Educate customers about available transaction options, products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the lobby and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Apply banking product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately while following policies and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience principles.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify customer needs, detect and prevent fraud, and follow established procedures.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania branch environment; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
