Indirect Supervisor (Procurement)

Location: Queretaro City, Mexico

hirify.global is hiring for an indirect procurement function supporting purchasing, engineering, quality, commodity, finance, legal, and internal department teams.

What you will do

• Analyze spending patterns, consolidate vendor contracts, and negotiate commercial terms to reduce operating expenses.
• Identify supply disruptions, geopolitical bottlenecks, and vendor dependencies, then develop backup plans.
• Monitor and grade suppliers on delivery times, product quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with finance, legal, department heads, and company budgets.
• Follow and achieve procurement KPIs while supporting timely, cost-effective, and high-quality purchasing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and exchange accurate information.
• Ability to remain stationary for 90% of the time and operate a computer and office productivity equipment in a professional office.

Nice to have

• CPIM and/or APICS certification.
