Warehouse Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead receiving, inventory control, warehousing, pick-pack-ship, and distribution activities.
• Manage the receipt, storage, issue, and shipment of materials, components, equipment, and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through system transactions, physical inventories, cycle counts, and variance resolution.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics requirements with order management, engineering, production, planning, quality, customers, vendors, and carriers.
• Lead, develop, coach, and train warehouse associates.
• Drive continuous improvement while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and KPI targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with physical inventory, cycle counts, inventory variance resolution, and material handling.
• Experience coordinating shipments and preparing SLI, BOL, and AWB documentation with carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
• ERP or Warehouse Management System experience is required; QAD experience is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required. Strong leadership, communication, organization, team-management, and Microsoft Office skills are also required.
