What you will do

• Lead Dermatology Business Directors and Dermatology Therapeutic Specialist teams across assigned regions.
• Advance the Opzelura business and maximize opportunities within the dermatology franchise.
• Develop area business plans and implement national sales strategies.
• Guide resource allocation, monitor performance, and establish metrics to improve effectiveness.
• Build local thought leader relationships, conduct sales meetings, and share best practices.
• Hire, coach, motivate, retain, and develop high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in specialty therapeutic sales within dermatology.
• Proven sales and leadership performance; experience with access and reimbursement is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to motivate, retain, and develop DBD and Dermatology Therapeutic Specialist team members.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, database applications, or equivalent software.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
