Annual salary: $187,550.80–$253,745.20 USD.

What you will do

  • Lead the regional geography and a team of Specialty Account Managers focused on IgG4-related disease.
  • Analyze market dynamics and data, set strategic action plans, and drive sales execution and market penetration.
  • Build business strategies aligned with corporate and therapeutic-area goals while managing resources, expenses, and program funding.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members through weekly ride-alongs, written feedback, performance management, and professional growth planning.
  • Ensure compliant product promotion, program implementation, and regulatory practices across the team.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external customers, healthcare institutions, integrated delivery networks, and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales or marketing experience; or master’s degree and 6 years; or bachelor’s degree and 8 years.
  • At least 2 years of direct people management or leadership experience involving teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
  • Approximately 80% travel, with some overnight and weekend commitments.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a professional, proactive demeanor.

Nice to have

  • Four or more years of sales management experience or eight or more years of pharmaceutical/account management experience in rare disease.
  • Experience with biologics, infusion, rare or specialty products, buy-and-bill models, institutions, or integrated delivery networks.
