Enterprise Architect

Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead cross-domain architecture initiatives for complex enterprise programs and solutions.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, CorpIT, data, and shared services teams to align architecture with business objectives.
• Develop reference architectures, reusable patterns, enterprise standards, roadmaps, and technical documentation.
• Guide solution design by assessing dependencies, integrations, technical risks, reuse opportunities, and operational impacts.
• Support modernization involving cloud platforms, API-first architectures, event-driven solutions, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Represent Enterprise Architecture in governance forums, identify technical debt and duplicated capabilities, and mentor architects and engineers.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture across complex technology environments.
• Experience designing architectures across applications, integrations, platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise services.
• Strong understanding of architecture methodologies, API design, integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience creating architecture artifacts, diagrams, roadmaps, and technical decision documentation.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs, risks, and operational impacts to technical and nontechnical audiences and collaborate across functions.

• Relevant degree.
