Salary: $170,210–$276,550 annually, with a 20%–40% incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards, principles, reference architectures, and governance processes.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and guide technology initiatives toward secure, scalable, supportable solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance to application, data, infrastructure, security, and AI teams.
• Drive incremental modernization while balancing business value, technical debt, risk, complexity, and investment.
• Communicate architecture decisions and recommendations to technology and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of technology experience with prior leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical design teams.
• Knowledge of modern application, data, cloud, integration, and infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to work in Omaha, Nebraska, United States.
