Senior Sourcing Specialist

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States of America; JNJ Flex, Hybrid. Up to 30% domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Salary: $94,000–$133,980 annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement category strategies and procurement plans for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular material suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers while ensuring alignment with quality standards and business objectives.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations, manage procurement risk, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee approximately $50MM in spend and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Identify innovative suppliers for new product development and support the EP/NV growth strategy.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with components and raw material suppliers.
• Experience with supplier contracts, negotiations, procurement spend analysis, and cost management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with suppliers and internal leadership and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong alignment with Credo values.

Nice to have

• Procurement experience in Electrophysiology or related medical device products.
• Experience across category sourcing, new product development sourcing, or other sourcing areas.
• APICS, ISM, or Six Sigma certification.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.
