Staff Technical Program Manager, Tooling & Automation (Aerospace)

Salary: $152,000–$228,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop a strategic growth roadmap for the Tooling and Factory Automation organization in collaboration with leadership.
• Create team infrastructure, including frameworks, digital productivity tools, and physical resources.
• Coordinate people, scope, timelines, interactions, and communications across matrixed teams and customer groups.
• Support design activities and define strategic technology initiatives for tooling and factory automation.
• Establish and track metrics that measure the team’s impact and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field; mechanical, aerospace, or electrical engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing multiple customers across matrix organizations and building sustainable processes.
• Experience manufacturing complex parts and assemblies.
• Ability to solve challenging technical problems and develop robust, scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and integrating tooling and automated manufacturing equipment.
• High-volume manufacturing experience.
