Sr. Quality Program Manager (Space Systems)

Base pay range for Washington applicants: $145,188–$203,263 per year; other site ranges may differ.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary quality connection between program leadership and functional quality organizations.
• Develop, maintain, and execute program quality plans and quality strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Integrate quality planning into schedules, technical reviews, development, testing, manufacturing, and production-readiness activities.
• Report quality status, metrics, risks, resource needs, and readiness assessments to leadership.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, test, supply chain, and program management teams to achieve quality requirements.
• Identify risks, drive corrective actions, lead continuous improvement, and support the transition to scalable manufacturing.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in quality assurance, manufacturing, testing, engineering, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing, implementing, or managing program quality plans and processes.
• Ability to lead through influence across functional and organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with limited direction, and adapt across product lifecycle stages.
