Sr Manager, FP&A

Salary: $124,450.20–$195,564.60 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team of one.
• Own consolidations across multiple reporting departments.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, and financial data integrity.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and executive dashboards for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Lead initiatives to redesign FP&A workflows with AI.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to provide financial analysis and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Eight to ten years of progressive finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Proven supervisory experience and a track record of mentoring finance teams.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting, with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in a PE-backed SaaS company is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adaptive, NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar tools.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
