Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A

Location: Remote-first role for candidates legally authorized to work in the United States; virtual position associated with Cleveland, Ohio.

What you will do

• Support Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and other administrative leaders with FP&A activities.
• Review month-end financial results, resolve variances, maintain supporting schedules, and prepare board and executive reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and three-year strategic plans covering expenses, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve financial narratives, and streamline recurring workflows.
• Track capitalized software and perform ROI analysis with Technology and Accounting.
• Support M&A due diligence, acquisition integrations, and investment analysis.

Requirements

• At least five years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, business partnering, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of reporting systems such as Hyperion, Workday Adaptive Planning, or OneStream, plus Copilot and Claude.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a lean, high-growth SaaS and technology-enabled services environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
