Finance Manager (Marketing FP&A)

Location: Remote, NAMER

Salary: United States USD $158.3K–$237.5K or Canada CA$158.3K–CA$237.5K, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own marketing FP&A end to end, including headcount planning, budget building, and actuals tracking.
• Analyze channel allocation between demand generation and brand, and deliver ROI-by-channel reporting.
• Forecast sales pipeline based on marketing spend and support GTM targets and ARR modeling.
• Partner with marketing leadership as an embedded finance business partner for real-time decision-making.
• Track purchase orders and vendor commitments, identifying overspend risks before they occur.
• Connect marketing spend, pipeline generation, and closed-won revenue while partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Data.

Requirements

• Strong investment banking experience with exposure to GTM motions, or 8+ years of marketing FP&A or GTM finance experience.
• Understanding of how sales pipeline converts to closed-won revenue.
• Experience owning budgets, headcount planning, actuals, purchase orders, and variance communication.
• Strong understanding of channel-level marketing economics, cost per pipeline, and downstream revenue outcomes.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and communicate clear executive takeaways.
• Active use of AI tools with sound judgment about when to automate and when to work manually.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Sheets, Databricks or Snowflake, NetSuite, Zip, and HubSpot.
