Strategic Finance, Senior Manager (Fintech)

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s New York City headquarters, United States

Annual base salary: $165,000–$185,000, plus equity, benefits, and additional perks.

What you will do

• Partner with Finance leadership on forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and business performance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, unit economics, profitability, headcount, and cash flow.
• Evaluate products, partnerships, and growth opportunities through business cases, financial analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Own board, investor, leadership, monthly business, and performance reporting.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for executives and cross-functional partners.
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure and champion AI and automation initiatives using Pigment, Snowflake, SQL, and related tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or financial reporting.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, data visualization, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Experience building process automations with AI and planning tools, with practical knowledge of data structures.
• Experience producing board-quality charts and presentations, supporting month-end close reporting, and preparing management reporting packages.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to work across accounting outputs, FP&A models, and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Fintech, payments, or high-growth startup experience, particularly in earned wage access, lending, or embedded finance.
• Familiarity with Pigment, Snowflake, Sigma, Looker, or SQL.
• Experience modeling credit risk, cohort economics, or loan-level unit economics.
• Ability to independently build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
