Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A;

Location: Virtual, Cleveland, OH, USA. Remote-first role with hybrid/remote collaboration across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Support Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and other administrative leaders with FP&A activities.
• Review month-end financial results, resolve variances, maintain supporting schedules, and publish financial reports.
• Prepare monthly board and executive financial statements to support business decisions.
• Contribute to annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and three-year strategic plans, including expense, balance-sheet, and cash-flow outlooks.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve financial narratives, and streamline recurring workflows.
• Support capitalized software tracking, ROI analysis, M&A due diligence, and acquisition integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, business partnering, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of reporting systems such as Hyperion, Workday Adaptive Planning, or OneStream.
• Experience with AI platforms including Co-Pilot and Claude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, take ownership, and work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
