Finance Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, California; Bellevue, Washington; New York, New York; or San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $160,000–$195,000 annually plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Build processes and procedures governing deal quoting, approvals, pricing, and contract review.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on deal questions, pricing options, and term/prepay tradeoff frameworks.
• Review deals against policy and approve them or route them for additional sign-off.
• Interpret contract language and identify financial, accounting, and operational risks, involving Legal or Pricing when needed.
• Develop reporting on discounting trends, deal-cycle time, and policy exceptions.
• Perform commercial analysis and partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Product Finance to improve deal execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience building and managing programs that support scalable commercial workflows.
• Experience working with sales teams, preferably in an enterprise technology business.
• Ability to read contracts and identify financially significant terms and risks.
• Fluency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM/CPQ tool.
• SQL proficiency, including BigQuery or a similar platform, and strong judgment in deal escalation.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, compute, or another capital-intensive recurring-revenue business.
• Experience building or maintaining a pricing or tradeoff framework.
