TL;DR
Dynamics 365 Applications Architect (GCC) (Dynamics 365/Power Platform): Designing, securing, and supporting mission-critical Dynamics 365 Case Management and Power Platform solutions in a Microsoft Government Community Cloud environment with an accent on Dataverse architecture, integrations, ALM, and governance. Focus on building deployment pipelines, implementing security and DLP controls, optimizing performance, and delivering compliant solutions for regulated government operations.

What you will do
- Design, develop, maintain, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Case Management solutions.
- Configure Dataverse entities, relationships, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
- Design Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
- Build and maintain integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SharePoint Online, Dataverse connectors, and REST/OData APIs.
- Establish Azure DevOps ALM practices, including solution packaging, branching, deployment pipelines, and environment promotion.
- Implement governance, security, DLP policies, auditing, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer while mentoring technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse.
- Experience designing and supporting Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions.
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure integrations, SharePoint Online, and REST/OData APIs.
- Strong Azure DevOps experience with repositories, pipelines, work items, environment management, and solution-based deployments.
- Strong security, governance, auditing, DLP, stakeholder communication, and requirements-gathering skills.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Government Community Cloud, FedRAMP, CJIS, Agile methodologies, or regulated government environments.
