Solution Architect III (Adobe Experience Cloud)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States (hybrid; two days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Define the technical and architectural vision for Adobe marketing technology and customer engagement solutions.
• Design end-to-end components, interfaces, data flows, APIs, integrations, and event-driven services across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Evolve solution architecture through research, prototyping, platform evaluation, and analysis of architectural trade-offs.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into technical requirements and implementation-ready stories with product and engineering teams.
• Support governance, security, privacy, consent, and compliance for customer journeys, personalization, communications, and data activation.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution demos, program planning, and cross-functional working sessions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery, multi-tier application architecture, API integration, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and related marketing technology capabilities.
• Experience designing customer journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, campaign execution, consent-aware engagement, and digital communications.
• Experience integrating Adobe platforms with enterprise data, customer profiles, APIs, events, messaging platforms, and downstream communication systems.
• Must be able to work in the hybrid Irving, Texas arrangement; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with public-cloud IaaS/PaaS architecture, containerization, DevOps, CI/CD, release governance, and environment management.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development, prompting techniques, and emerging generative AI capabilities.
