Lead Recruiter, Production

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for production positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Recruit CNC machinists, production and manufacturing technicians, quality inspectors, metrology technicians, maintenance technicians, material handlers, production supervisors, and similar skilled roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for high-volume, specialized, and difficult-to-fill production hiring.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to the Production Recruiting team while managing an individual requisition load.
• Partner with Production leaders and hiring managers on requirements, interview processes, priorities, timelines, and candidate evaluation.
• Use recruiting metrics and Greenhouse data to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring performance, and maintain consistent recruiting standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience in production, manufacturing operations, skilled trades, or technician hiring.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or directing recruiters while handling high-volume and difficult-to-fill searches.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse and applying pipeline metrics to drive recruiting action.
• Employment eligibility in the United States is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial technology, or hardware.
• Experience in a high-growth production environment or a competitive Southern California manufacturing market.
• Partnerships with trade schools, technical programs, workforce organizations, military or veteran programs, and community organizations.
• Experience with production hiring events, career fairs, high-volume sourcing campaigns, or similar scalable recruiting strategies.
• Previous experience as a Lead Recruiter, Recruiting Lead, or similar player-coach.
