Jr. Training Specialist (Geospatial)

Location: Tampa, FL; must report physically to the Tampa office

Salary: $53,000–$113,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and deliver instructor-led training on geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, best practices, and hirify.global products.
• Build progressive curricula, presentations, exercises, labs, reference guides, and scenario-based evaluations.
• Tailor training to customer missions, industries, operational contexts, and technical environments.
• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and remote training for international customers, with international travel as required.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams to keep training accurate and relevant.
• Use customer feedback, product changes, and analyst performance observations to improve training programs and support geospatial analysis production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in geospatial science, geography, engineering, computer science, intelligence studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering technical, analytical, or professional training and developing structured learning materials, labs, and practical exercises.
• Strong understanding of geospatial and imagery analysis concepts, tradecraft, analytical workflows, and geospatial tools.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver training in person and remotely and adapt content for international customers and different mission contexts.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee; must report physically to the Tampa office.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience.
• Formal imagery analyst training or prior imagery analysis service in a military, government, or intelligence organization.
• Experience supporting real-world missions, developing or evaluating analysts, or serving as an instructor, trainer, or course developer.
• Familiarity with analyst training standards, tradecraft evaluation, and performance assessment methods.
