Senior Associate Scientist, Immuno-Oncology

Salary: $80,300–$131,100 annually

What you will do

• Execute in vivo studies evaluating novel bispecific antibodies, including mouse handling, dosing, and blood and tissue collection.
• Perform ex vivo immune profiling using flow cytometry, ELISA, and MSD to assess pharmacodynamic response and mechanism of action.
• Process tissues and tumors for immune cell isolation and downstream analysis.
• Generate high-quality, well-documented datasets supporting preclinical program advancement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on experimental design and present findings in scientific and cross-functional meetings.
• Contribute across multiple workflows while maintaining experimental rigor and reproducibility.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience in oncology, immunology, or a related field.
• Experience generating high-quality data with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication of scientific findings.
• Preferred experience with mouse handling and in vivo tumor models.
• Preferred experience with cell culture, flow cytometry, and immunoassays such as ELISA or MSD.
