Implementation Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote

Starting salary: $98,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Strategists.
• Own implementation outcomes, including go-lives, CSAT, and time to go-live.
• Support clients directly throughout onboarding and implementation.
• Assign accounts and balance team capacity against client needs.
• Improve implementation processes and procedures to increase operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product to strengthen the client lifecycle and scale the function.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large teams against volume-based metrics.
• Deep hands-on experience with retail platforms.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience building, inspiring, and motivating teams.
• Direct, empathetic communication skills with a commitment to open and respectful feedback.
• Analytical, structured, first-principles, and process-improvement mindset.
