What you will do

• Support strategic planning, program management, and business operations initiatives.
• Create and maintain an operating rhythm playbook for a growing organization.
• Coordinate key meetings, forums, technical projects, and project deliverables.
• Prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, scorecards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau.
• Support change management, tool adoption, compliance, and confidentiality in documentation and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, engineering, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with SQL knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Occasional travel may be required, with travel listed at 10% of the time.
