Technology Business Operations Intern (Fintech)

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas for the entire ten-week summer internship

What you will do

• Support technology capital financial management, reporting, and insights.
• Improve Jira workflows, automation, processes, and the overall tool experience.
• Gain hands-on exposure to project management and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Help technology teams plan, fund, resource, organize, and deliver initiatives.
• Work alongside experienced team members on practical projects with meaningful business impact.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in MIS, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance; a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and technology, with an interest in process improvement and automation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment-based immigration sponsorship, including OPT or CPT, is not available.

Nice to have

• Foundational finance, accounting, or reporting knowledge for the Finance focus.
• Hands-on Jira usage and knowledge for the Jira Automation focus.
• Excel, reporting, data analysis, or automation experience.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn Agile delivery and project management.
