Contingent Workforce Operations & Systems Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $70,500–$112,500 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; $66,900–$106,900 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia.

What you will do

• Support and improve contingent workforce workflows across Beeline and Workday.
• Resolve complex operational and system issues as a Tier 2/3 escalation point in partnership with the MSP, Employee Service Center, Talent Tech, and other teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable workflow and system updates.
• Monitor Beeline-to-Workday integration performance and data integrity.
• Improve onboarding, extensions, conversions, offboarding, vendor workflows, and compliance processes.
• Track operational work in Jira and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, program support, or enablement roles.
• Experience with systems and tools supporting business operations and workflow execution.
• Familiarity with Workday workflows for contingent worker onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and conversions.
• Experience troubleshooting system integration issues or partnering with technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration, organization, accuracy, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System such as Beeline.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
