Compensation Senior Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global's headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts; 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. This is not a fully remote position.

Annual base pay: USD 104,500–115,500, with potential additional equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead compensation support for the Stores business vertical.
• Conduct annual benchmarking using industry and peer-group data.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and business leaders to design compensation plans.
• Develop policy and governance documentation for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
• Create and maintain compensation grades and job profiles in Workday.
• Audit compensation data and collaborate with Finance, Talent, and Recruiting teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in compensation.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data management and analytics abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to set delivery commitments and meet expectations.
• Integrity, maturity, and discretion when handling highly confidential employee data.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of Workday experience in compensation.
• Compensation expertise in policy and process development beyond Workday.
• Experience maintaining systems for complex organizations across multiple geographies.
• Proficiency in SQL or Python.
