Director, Technology Delivery

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; standard office working environment

Salary: $127,200–$220,480 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead programs, projects, initiatives, and business-as-usual technology delivery in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
• Manage, mentor, staff, and develop project managers and agile leads.
• Implement and continuously improve Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery, technology governance, enterprise governance, security, and shared-services processes.
• Oversee delivery tools including QuickBase, Jira, Confluence, and other portfolio and project management platforms.
• Manage planning, dependencies, risks, issues, escalations, financial data, status reporting, and quarterly planning processes.
• Collaborate with technology leaders, architects, engineering and QA leads, product owners, product managers, the PMO, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive sponsors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant project management or agile lead experience.
• At least 3 years of experience outside project management, such as business analysis, product, engineering, or testing.
• Experience managing multiple teams and a portfolio of work, with strong judgment, communication, conflict management, organization, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of project management and agile methodologies, including the ability to teach and coach others.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with QuickBase, Jira, Confluence, or PPM platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Planview, or Smartsheet.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, CPO, or SAFe.
