Director, Client Delivery - Tax Services

Location: Dallas, United States — 3001 Hackberry Rd

Annual pay range: $111,900–$180,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Tax Services software and service offerings for enterprise clients.
• Manage complex implementation portfolios with multiple workstreams, vendors, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Establish program governance, integrated plans, reporting, risk management, decision logs, and executive communications.
• Advise clients and implementation teams on tax payment operations, tax servicing, escrow workflows, regulatory considerations, and operational readiness.
• Drive adoption, continuous improvement, forecasting, capacity planning, and scalable delivery standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven Client Delivery Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field is highly desired.
• At least 10 years of experience leading client implementations, onboarding programs, professional services, or complex delivery programs.
• At least 5 years of experience managing project managers, implementation teams, or client delivery professionals.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale software implementations and complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong expertise in program governance, integrated planning, risk management, issue resolution, executive communication, and concurrent project management.
• Work location: Dallas, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or software implementation initiatives.
• Experience in property tax payments, tax servicing, mortgage servicing, escrow operations, or related financial services.
• Lean management, continuous improvement, change leadership, PMP, PgMP, Lean, or comparable certification.
• Experience in regulated environments with complex controls and dependencies.
