Senior Director, Creditors Rights Service & Delivery (Remote)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 annually, based on experience and location; eligible for a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Own remote discovery, scoping, implementation, and filing for new and expanding Creditors Rights accounts.
• Design, document, and continuously improve the end-to-end service delivery workflow.
• Build workflows, tooling, documentation, training, quality controls, SLAs, and productivity benchmarks.
• Research suit and affidavit filing requirements and track jurisdictional and procedural changes.
• Manage third-party filing vendors, including performance, quality, escalations, and client caseloads.
• Partner with Sales, Litigation Support, Server Network, Service Delivery, and Product/Tech while reporting delivery performance and scaling readiness to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Creditors Rights practice and procedure, including discovery, scoping, filing requirements, and jurisdictional nuance.
• Experience building operational processes from scratch in an ambiguous environment.
• Experience leading and scaling delivery teams in legal services, legal technology, or a similar operations environment.
• Experience managing third-party vendors supporting filing or comparable operational delivery.
• Strong project and process design skills, with the ability to architect scalable models and execute hands-on.
• Experience partnering with Sales on new business implementation and working in a matrixed structure.
