Solution Architect (AI) (Enterprise Integration): Defining and driving end-to-end architecture for scalable enterprise integration solutions with an accent on APIs, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on translating business requirements into resilient services and integration flows, validating security and performance requirements, and guiding development teams through complex technical decisions.

What you will do
- Define end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs for projects in the Core & Integrations vertical.
- Translate business and non-functional requirements into services, APIs, integration flows, data models, and technical components.
- Select architectural and integration patterns for API-based, event-driven, and core-system integrations.
- Define and validate requirements for performance, scalability, availability, security, observability, and disaster recovery.
- Guide development teams, support critical technical decisions, and identify technical risks and dependencies.
- Contribute to estimations, feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, vendor evaluations, and technology assessments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions in complex environments.
- Strong experience with Java and/or .NET ecosystems, solution architecture, microservices, event-driven architecture, service-oriented architecture, and API-first design.
- Hands-on knowledge of REST, OpenAPI, GraphQL, asynchronous messaging, Apache Kafka, SOAP/WSDL, enterprise integration patterns, and API gateways.
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD, SQL and relational databases, NoSQL technologies, observability, resilience patterns, and API security.
- Ability to use Microsoft Copilot and similar generative AI tools for architecture, development, code review, and productivity while critically evaluating generated outputs.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, mentoring, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
