Data Expert - Enterprise Portfolio Solutions (EPS)

Location: In-office role based in the United States, with locations in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Tysons Corner, Wilmington, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Strongsville.

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Respond to business data and analytics requests and deliver solutions within defined timelines.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches, models, and defensible insights.
• Design, build, and prototype analytics solutions and support their transition into production.
• Partner with technology and engineering teams to develop and deploy analytical solutions.
• Apply portfolio-level analysis to credit and commercial decision-making.
• Improve, automate, and reimagine analytics and business processes using modern tools and responsible AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in data sourcing, modeling, analysis, and end-to-end analytical solution development.
• Experience translating business context, intent, and constraints into effective analytical designs.
• Hands-on experience with modern analytics and low-code platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, workflow, or automation tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, request-driven environment with a business-first approach.
• University or college degree, typically with 5+ years of relevant industry experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

• Experience with enterprise or portfolio-level data, particularly commercial or credit portfolios.
• Background in banking, financial services, or related industries.
• Familiarity with Copilot, AI Builder, or similar AI-enabled platforms.
• Exposure to agentic or semi-autonomous AI concepts and their responsible business application.
