What you will do
- Support ongoing compliance with FDIC Part 370 recordkeeping and deposit insurance determination requirements.
- Analyze deposit, lending, account, and customer data to identify exception populations and remediation needs.
- Define and validate business logic, data models, business rules, and recurring reports for data quality issues.
- Design and support data repositories, warehouses, marts, ETL processes, data movement, mapping, transformation, and wrangling solutions.
- Lead root-cause investigations, data profiling, regulatory testing support, and certification-readiness activities.
- Partner with business and technology teams, provide expert guidance, and mentor colleagues on data management solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, finance, or a related field.
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
- Advanced knowledge of data sources, analytical tools, reporting methods, and data management technologies.
- Expert analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and judgment skills.
- Experience with data modeling, data governance, lineage, metadata, data quality, data profiling, ETL, and complex data integration.
- Ability to work autonomously in a senior/lead capacity while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring others.
