What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value customers across multiple bank branches.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, outreach, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Recommend deposit, lending, investment, and other banking products based on customer goals and needs.
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and online, mobile, and ATM technology.
• Build internal partnerships and refer customers to other areas of the bank.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, with investment or lending exposure.
• Active FINRA licensing: at least 3 of the required licenses, including Series 6 or 7, Series 63 or 66, State Life and Health Insurance License, and SIE. Any remaining required licenses must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Ability to drive sales, manage a book of business, build and retain relationships, and communicate effectively.
• Must currently be authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales with emphasis on investment or business lending and business sales.
• Knowledge of deposit products and comfort with mobile and online banking services.
