What you will do

• Build lasting customer relationships and provide trusted advice on spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Identify financial goals and recommend tailored products, including mortgages, credit cards, and other banking solutions.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking tools, including the bank's app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners on complex customer needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Handle cash and follow financial policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of sales and customer service experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, questioning, problem-solving, and recommendation skills.
• Ability to use digital technology, multitask, and collaborate with teammates and business partners.
• Ability to work branch hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, pre-employment screening, and obtaining a unique NMLS identifier.
