Personal Banker - Northern Colorado (Banking)

Location: CO - Loveland; in-office position

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve financial wellbeing and grow customer loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calling, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options, banking products, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to expand relationships.
• Follow policies, manage risk, resolve customer issues, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and selling.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must work in an in-office setting in Loveland, Colorado.
