Bilingual Spanish Client Experience Associate (Retail Banking)

Location: Wayne, New Jersey; in-office role supporting multiple branches in the region

Base salary: $40,500–$67,500 per year, with incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Process customer interactions and educate clients about options for managing financial transactions.
• Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and refer customers to appropriate branch staff and products.
• Engage customers in the lobby and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and improve customer loyalty.
• Complete teller, branch operations, and maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow policies, procedures, and risk-management requirements while supporting daily branch activities.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, accuracy, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer experience, and fraud detection and prevention.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
