Customer Experience Banker - Metro Parkway - Sterling Heights, MI (Arabic Speaking)

Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Provide welcoming customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily activity.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and other banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and disciplined sales processes.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Spanish bilingual ability is required.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, communication, presentation, relationship management, or banking.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
