What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills required for the role.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, relationship-building, and technology skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
