Financial Relationship Banker (Bilingual Spanish) (Banking)

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable banking products and services.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks required under NMLS regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, or deposit products.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and technology skills.
