What you will do

• Develop translational in vitro permeability models for PROTACs and other proximity-inducing modalities.
• Evaluate formulation-mediated lymphatic absorption and intestinal secretion through mechanistic in vivo studies and PBPK modeling.
• Integrate experimental and computational data to identify molecular features governing tissue permeability and oral exposure.
• Interpret data and communicate findings, recommendations, and study results to collaborators and partners.
• Shape the TPPIT ADME characterization strategy for proximity-inducing therapeutics.
• Disseminate results through internal and external meetings, conferences, and peer-reviewed publications.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Independent study design, execution, data analysis, and interpretation experience in in vitro research.
• Scientific contributions through peer-reviewed publications, patents, and/or presentations.
• Strong collaboration, communication, scientific curiosity, creativity, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment and develop expertise in relevant scientific literature.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with PROTACs and knowledge of pharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, biotransformation, and PK/PD.
• Experience with LC-MS/MS, HPLC/UPLC, or PBPK modeling.
• Hands-on experience culturing cell lines, primary cells, or organotypic models.
