Clinical Supply Chain and Logistics Intern

What you will do

• Support clinical supply chain activities across multiple therapeutic areas and clinical studies.
• Assist with demand forecasting, regulatory submissions, and vendor and contract management during study startup.
• Create forecasts and scenario plans for manufacturing, packaging, and distribution strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support First Patient In milestones and successful clinical study starts.
• Use clinical forecasting software and AI solutions to optimize supply forecasting and scenario planning.
• Monitor inventory availability across the clinical supply chain, identify process risks, and develop operational solutions.

Requirements

• Current bachelor's or master's student in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with a sense of urgency.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project or demand and supply management systems.
