Technical Platform Owner - PRO (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Salary: $137,000–$236,325 annually

What you will do

• Define the global Professional Relations & Operations product vision, strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, backlog management, release readiness, adoption, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business, engineering, architecture, compliance, privacy, legal, finance, data, security, and suppliers across global regions.
• Integrate PR&O capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and adjacent customer experience, data, finance, contracting, and enterprise services.
• Own platform operations, service levels, incident leadership, governance, budget, supplier performance, and value realization.
• Lead and develop employees, contractors, and delivery partners while building an accountable and inclusive product culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in product management, platform management, commercial technology, enterprise applications, or technology delivery.
• Experience leading global enterprise products in professional relations, customer engagement, CRM, regulated workflows, compliance-sensitive environments, or comparable areas.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, integration and API patterns, data platforms, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasts, suppliers, systems integrators, agile delivery, release planning, risk management, and service operations.
• Demonstrated people leadership, executive communication, data governance, responsible AI fluency, and ability to work across regulated global organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in MedTech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with professional-relations operations, healthcare professional engagement, global template governance, or compliance-sensitive commercial workflows.
• Experience with SAFe or another scaled delivery method, organizational change, process simplification, product adoption, and legacy platform retirement.
