Manager, AI Next Frontiers

Location: Hybrid role based in Titusville, New Jersey, or Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States, with required travel between both locations.

Salary: $117,000–$201,250 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI product development for Marketing and Field Engagement, from ideation and design through deployment and performance measurement.
• Translate stakeholder needs across Marketing, Field Engagement, and Commercial Excellence into scalable AI products and opportunities.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready solutions within the Engagement.AI ecosystem, including WithMe CRM and Connext.
• Evaluate and manage external AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships.
• Establish best practices for AI experimentation, product development, and scaling across the commercial organization.
• Drive AI adoption while ensuring alignment with regulatory, privacy, ethical, and medical/legal/regulatory standards.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree required; relevant fields include Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, marketing technology, commercial analytics, or advanced analytics.
• Experience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives in marketing, omnichannel engagement, field engagement, CRM, or commercial operations.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI systems, NLP, and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or AI agents.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into AI product strategies and scalable solutions, communicate with technical and executive stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Pharma, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with external AI vendors and enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Veeva, Salesforce, omnichannel marketing ecosystems, field engagement platforms, and commercial execution workflows.
