Manager, Technical Platform Owner - Education (AI)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America; hybrid work

Base pay: $104,000–$177,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead planning, deployment, operation, and lifecycle management of the education platform transformation.
• Translate business priorities, risks, and operational challenges into short- and mid-term technology roadmaps.
• Partner with business leaders, enterprise product teams, delivery partners, and vendors to coordinate delivery and resolve escalations.
• Manage technology demand, investment cases, budgets, total cost of ownership, dependencies, and cost optimization.
• Own operational performance, incident management, root cause analysis, service governance, continuity, and reliability improvement.
• Embed quality, safety, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, and technology lifecycle practices into site roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of related IT experience.
• Experience leading technology delivery and support in regulated manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and executable plans.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, cost optimization, total cost of ownership, cross-functional leadership, and external partners.
• Experience with project management or Agile methodologies, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes and related technology solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk management, technology lifecycle management, LMS systems, digital ecosystems, CRM, and AI concepts.
