Application Sr Analyst (Healthcare IT)

Location: Fully remote with quarterly on-site presence required; Peaks Regional Office, Broomfield, Colorado. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Candidates residing or planning to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, or Washington are not being considered.

Hourly rate: $39.97-$62.91, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Plan, design, implement, maintain, configure, integrate, and optimize healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Document business requirements, recommend workflow changes, and develop technical and functional designs.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders on application integrations, implementations, troubleshooting, and support.
• Lead mid-sized projects across multiple teams, including project management, business cases, ROI planning, KPI development, and resource forecasting.
• Develop testing plans and scripts, review team configurations, and resolve incidents and complex application problems.
• Coordinate equipment, infrastructure, data connections, cost estimates, procurement, and application assessments for construction and reconstruction projects.

Requirements

• Four years of related work experience; a bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field is required, with approved experience substitutions available.
• In-depth business and application knowledge, system analysis skills, and experience with operating systems, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of project management and control, resource planning, documentation, change management, and business reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to analyze problems and data, prepare documentation and reports, present information, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Will be required to obtain and maintain certification on one or more Epic applications.
