What you will do

• Lead multiple Epic projects from inception through delivery.
• Design, build, test, configure, enhance, and support assigned Epic clinical application modules.
• Lead small- to medium-complexity Epic upgrades and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with clinical end users during design, validation, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Analyze workflows, data collection, reports, and technical issues, providing configuration recommendations.
• Maintain system design, build, and implementation documentation while supporting governance and data quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or four years of related IT experience.
• Clinical Epic certifications in two modules.
• 4–7 years of experience implementing systems for large organizations.
• 4–7 years of experience with change management processes for IT projects.
• At least five years of direct experience developing, implementing, and supporting healthcare information systems and clinical applications.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation workflows, order sets, order workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow.

Nice to have

• Experience in a pediatric, tertiary, or quaternary healthcare system.
