Senior Analyst - Data Quality & Automation (MedTech)

Location: Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil; consideration also given to Raritan, New Jersey, United States; Mexico; and Bogotá, Colombia.

What you will do

• Establish, monitor, and enforce data quality standards, rules, and governance across supply chain systems.
• Investigate data discrepancies, anomalies, and root causes across master data, transactional data, and reporting.
• Develop data quality dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs measuring completeness, accuracy, and data health.
• Identify manual and error-prone processes and implement automation using RPA, Power Automate, Python, SQL, and ETL pipelines.
• Build, test, and deploy automated workflows that improve reliability and reduce operational cycle time.
• Gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and communicate progress with cross-functional supply chain stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in supply chain data management or analytics, with a focus on data quality and process automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, and ETL.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and master data domains, including materials, vendors, customers, BOMs, and inventory.
• Ability to capture requirements and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer health, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance frameworks, and master data management tools.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Snowflake cloud data platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma or project management certification.
