Product Support Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; travel within and outside the state is required for up to 80–90% of the time.

What you will do

• Manage the implementation and completion of product trials, conversions, and PV implementations.
• Prioritize workflows, monitor project progress, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Align resources and manage customer expectations to achieve project goals.
• Conduct weekly business-status meetings with customers and sales representatives.
• Communicate project status to sales teams, product teams, and customers.
• Build effective relationships with assigned accounts and internal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of sales or customer-service experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent plus at least four years of related experience.
• Experience developing presentations for audiences at different levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 80–90% of the time for business purposes.
