Associate Account Coordinator (MedTech)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States. Work shift: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM-9:00 PM EST.

Hourly pay: $17.00-$22.00.

What you will do

• Process incoming fax documents and route complete patient files to the appropriate department or stakeholder.
• Enter patient, physician, Patient Service Representative, and order information into account records.
• Create patient accounts and attach all required documentation.
• Contact patients or emergency contacts to obtain shipping information for LifeVest components.
• Work with Patient Service Representatives and Territory Managers to retrieve valid patient agreements and resolve documentation exceptions.
• Answer incoming calls, provide customer service, and support Account Coordinators and Managers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Ability to work the specified weekday shift and other shifts or predetermined holidays as needed to support patient care.
• Ability to sit, talk, and hear regularly; occasionally stand, walk, reach, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
